Local boba shop for grab n' go milk tea. The building is a bit cramped and there's not much seating for large groups -- otherwise their drinks are good!

Came back to try their Gongcha x Neopets collab drinks, and got a Marble Mango. It really hits the spot after classes!! Highly recommend getting it 50% sweet because their mango syrup is already sugary.

It's located in a convenient complex with Whole Food and other restaurants.  Parking could be crowded when you come during lunch/dinner time.  

This place is clean in a small interior with a couple tables.  Got the Star Jelly Grapefruit Green Tea and the mochi waffle. The tea is so-so and the star jelly is peach flavor.  Not sure if they go other.  I'd prefer the regular boba or the crystal boba.  There is no flavor in the mochi waffle, a bit disappointing.
