You can surf, chill, play pickleball, or cornhole. Pretty nice vibes all around. They have food and drinks as well.

Four pickleball courts for rental here. You can chill and grab a beer as you wait. Views of downtown Dallas. They also have simulation surfing here if that’s your vibe.
