Inspired by the reality show, Hell's Kitchen, this restaurant features dishes that contestants of the show cooked and has the signature red VS blue kitchen colored cooking areas. We orderd a beef wellington, lobster risotto and a warm sticky toffee pudding. Unfortunately the wellington was cold, the demiglaze and the mash potato spread were hard and congealed. My favorites were the seared foie gras and beef wellington. Love the sauce that goes with the foie gras, slightly sweeten with the cherry. Beef Wellington had a thin outside layer, cooked medium rare. The browned mushroom in between makes the beef wellington more flavorful. The server was nice. Love the souvenir in the store!
