They are located inside a plaza with GW Supermarket.  Ordered the honeydew milk tea and egg waffle with ice cream. The food was good, not the best, not bad.

Decided to try the boba here because there were pictures of egg waffles/eggette/egg puff. To my disappointment, they don't have it. The drink menu is pretty standard stuff, so I got a taro milk tea with boba and mango green tea with boba. The drinks are pretty sweet and the boba was a little on the al dente side and it wasn't flavored. Did not enjoy the drinks at all and threw out more than half.
