Where to eat when you're in Big Bear: Grizzly Manor Cafe

This spot stays busy for a reason-open daily from 6am-2pm, and expect a wait.

What we ordered:
"The Mess" (you don't ask, you just trust it) Chicken fried steak with eggs, hash browns with a choice of bread or Biscuit and gravy.

Everything was loaded, heavy, and honestly... so good.

Insane portion sizes for a great price. Food tasted great and the service was extremely fast! Can be a bit of a wait on the weekends.

Big Bear isn’t really a place I would go to for food, but this cozy breakfast place was a fun stop for us on our trip here. The interior is really unique and the food was also pretty good. Service is fast as well. Be prepared there is usually a line and I would recommend brining cash as the credit card fee is 4%. But service is quick so don’t expect to stand in line to long.
