Hidden gem of a coffee shop in #Chicago West Loop. Love any seasonal variation on their tumeric ginger #chai (decaf option). Pastries are made in greektown, so get a spanakopita or ham & cheese.

🍵 They have the best Tumeric #Chai #Latte thats caffeine free. 
🥐 All baked goods are locally sourced from Greektown, so def get things like spinach feta pie

Ground Up is my favorite #coffee shop in #Chicago West Loop. Fast, friendly, and great caffeinated and non-caffeinated drink options! 
🧋 They always have a seasonal home menu for items, but my go-to is there turmeric ginger #chai. When it’s summer time, I get it iced!
