This was “nacho” ordinary pre- opening party.  That’s right the first @guzmanygomezus in the city opens in Bucktown tomorrow.  And $5 will make you holler as that is the price for burritos and bowls that day from 7 am - 1 am.  While enjoying the mariachi and chatting with founder Steven Marks I bit into nacho fries, pulled shiitake mushroom tacos, a flank steak enchilada burrito and churros.  The margaritas were refreshing and the salsa bar was stocked.  Of course I had “guac” out with the band
