Gyuro had some of the best ramen I've ever had. Also, there appetizer options are insane, I could just eat the apps. 

We went with NA drinks and loved the flavor. I could have a some of the Yuzu Mimosa everyday.

Ramen season is officially here in Chicago, and we're on the hunt for the city’s best vegetarian bowls! This weekend, we kicked things off at @GyuroRamen in the West Loop. With amazing service, cozy decor, and a lineup of vegan appetizers and ramen options, it did not disappoint. The flavors were on point, and we’ll definitely be back!

Hungry? I got you because I’m going to put you on the most premium ramen I’ve ever had. Gyuro ramen is a new ramen spot in the west loop. They specialize in Goyukotsu ramen which is creamy bone broth.

It’s ramen weather and I’ve got just the place for you - Gyuro Ramen in the West Loop by same team behind Strings Ramen, but specializes in Goyukotsu ramen (creamy beef bone broth).

Excited to finally try @gyuroramen, one of the few spots in the U.S. specializing in gyukotsu ramen! 🍜 

Their slow-simmered beef bone broth paired with Wagyu beef toppings is a must-try, especially in a city that knows its beef! From Wagyu truffle wontons to beef short rib Donburi rice bowls, their menu has something for everyone. Including a sweet treat at the end. The non fried chicken ice cream was a hoot and tasted delicious.
