There aren’t a lot of Okinawan restaraunts so I’ve been wanting to go and finally got to try Habuya! Why hadn’t I gone earlier is what I tell myself! Every dish was so delicious, and the vibes are great. It’s a small restaurant so you might have to wait but it was def worth waiting! Can’t wait to try more dishes!

The vibe and ambiance of this place was so cozy and immersive. The dishes were truly unique and the staff were all so welcoming and attentive. Sitting at the bar and looking at all of the interesting decor was very fun as well!

This place is a hole in a wall! Transports you to Japan when you’re inside with all the decor. The ramen here was very authentic and flavorful but it’s a long wait on the weekends.

Blue fin sashimi was fresh and light, loved the homemade wasabi with horseradish. And the green tea tiramisu was bomb, not too sweet and a cool matcha/umami spin on typical tiramisu!

Got the Habuya Shio Ramen, which apparently translates to mellow salty ramen! It was definitely on the salty side, which was different for me… Honestly liked the spicy miso ramen I’ve tried prior to this one more. My sister seemed to like her yuzu ramen though! Still looking forward to trying many more of their menu options

$21 beef curry with rice had a ton of flavor. It’s good but it needs a ton of rice to balance it out. The matcha tiramisu dessert was very tasty for $6.
