Recently revisited Hai Cang on Bellaire Blvd because of the yummylicious dishes they serve. Here's a few of my go-to dishes that should not be missed: BEEF CHOW FUN, GREEN ONIONS STIR FRIED BEEF, & BLACK BEAN SAUCE SQUID. This restaurant has so many great dishes and well priced for the quality they serve. Their beef chow fun have a good amount of beef with smooth noodles and the fried rice is loaded with meat and egg. Their beef and okra in black bean sauce is very umami. The restaurant has many booths and tables plus a large space for private events. Yummy lunch specials as usual and great price! Always a pleasure to dine here with family because we all love it. The fried rice, sweet and tangy Peking style pork chops, and beef flat noodles are made perfect. The white rice is unlimited so ask for more to use up all the sauce. The seats are comfortable and service is great. Love the casual yet inviting atmosphere.
