You select all your broths, meats, veggies, drinks from an ipad. And then a cat robot brings you your ingredients. I like how they provide you with a hair tie and a ziplock bag for your phone upon entry. So thoughtful. My favorite soup base is the spicy pork, you can choose to lower the spice or make it higher if you like. The meats and veggies are very fresh. I love the brisket meat. With a variety of soup bases, meats, veggies, sides, you cant go wrong. Order some rice or noodles on the side and you get a delicious flavorful bowl of soup noodles/rice. All meats and ingrdients are cooked in a pot of steaming soup. Meat cuts are super good quality and delicious. I love the complementary soft serve icecream.
