## About
Hamada-Ya originated in Sangenjaya back in 2001, taking the history and traditions of bread to create new values with the soul of Japan. After 4 years, we wanted to share these delicious Japanese flavors with a global audience. With that single thought in mind, we opened our first overseas store in Torrance in 2005.

Came in for a matcha latte and got a couple of pastries too. A nice little pick me up if you're visiting Mitsuwa.

I went here with my boyfriend for the first time and everything was pretty good! The Coffee Jelly Milk was just as good as people described it in reviews. Also, I really loved their fresh bread and would definitely eat it again! Their Japanese cheesecake was delicious as well. 5/5, would come back again.

I got the “mystery bag”. They told me it’s only a day old items. For $8 you get $15 worth of stuff. So fun and so worth it. I’m definitely getting it again!

The matcha tiramisu wasn’t great, the matcha jello was very bitter. I would go back and try something else. Just FYI, it’s inside the Mitsuwa market but on the food court side.
