If you’re looking for a great chicken spot Hangry Joe’s is for you! They just opened another location in Norfolk, Va. The chicken is seasoned well and marinated for three days. You food is made to order, so you will have piping hot food each time. There are different levels of heat on the chicken. Their hottest level requires a signed waiver.
