Very delicious dim sum at an affordable price.  We ordered the beef ribs, pork shumai, salty dumplings, and a couple of other dishes from the dim sum menu, and then an order of noodles.  Would come back again.

The dishes were not overly sauced or salty, so the flavoring was just right. The crab meat was a little dry though and hard to get off the bone, so will try a different method of cooking for the crab next time.

Happy Harbor is a local spot in Rowland Heights serving authentic Cantonese dishes. Perfect for celebrations! I tried their truffle pork siu mai, soy sauce chicken, black bean fish filet, walnut shrimp, bbq pork bun, egg tart--all were incredibly delicious. The truffle pork siu mai was a unique twist on a classic dim sum dish and I really loved it, while the soy sauce chicken was tender and flavorful. To finish off the meal, the egg tart was the perfect sweet treat.

Great service today for dim sum lunch; quickly seated and the food orders came out quickly in three waves.  Waiters also helped change our plates once, and had taken our tea order (went with the jasmine) as soon as we sat down. 

Food was pretty good today too.  The shiu-mai was nice.   Huge portions for that dish. 

Save room for the complimentary red bean soup for dessert.

Great service by the waiters and their menu offers a wide variety of canton dishes.  Save room for the complimentary red bean soup dessert at the end!  Because we ordered the crab, the dinner came out to about $43 per adult.
