We provide fresh, locally roasted, coffee to offices, restaurants, and direct to consumers.

Since we are mainly a coffee roastery - Happy Monday Coffee Roasters only opens during the weekend offering coffee-based drinks, cold brew, and a lineup of lattes and specials featured at our retail location Drink Happy Thoughts in the Uptown neighborhood. 

We also help local vendors showcase their products and goods as we host and welcome all for pop-ups as well.
