hasta manana has innovative Mexican eats, like their veggie mushroom tacos. I didn't like the texture of the mushroom, but overall the flavors were nice.

Brunch vibes at Hasta Mañana Cantina in Gaslamp are on another level! 🌊☀️
We kicked things off with their Super Guac with Chicharron (a must), dove into Chilaquiles Rojo with Beef, and wrapped up the savory side with the Machaca Burrito—slow-braised beef heaven! 🍖 And don’t get me started on the Concha (Pan Dulce) French Toast…a total sweet dream! Ending on a high with Loaded Surf & Turf Tacos, paired perfectly with achiote rice and slow-cooked beans.
