The entire dish was an explosion of umami flavour. The cheese curds melted and mixed very well into the red eye gravy. The fried onions remained hot and crispy while the egg yolk was still nice and runny.

Went to a special event at Haven city market. It was a VIP event and it was cool that the establishment allowed a lot of foodies to come and basically have a food scavenger hunt. There were so much food and drink there. Haven city is a huge building with a lot of different restaurants inside. They gave us a flyer with the different restaurants on it and you have to go to each one and try their food and they gave you free samples. By the time you were done you were super full.
