Hi we are henry and michelle, we have been making coffee together for over 10 years, and married for 4. our love for this craft continues to grow each day. we aim to make drinks that we enjoy, and hopefully you enjoy too. although, the real reason we do this is that we get to meet you!

Grabbed some quick coffee while waiting for our table at Eggplantation. Great coffee, quick service, friendly staff! Ordered the Raspberry Honey Latte and Vanilla Latte with Salted Maple Cold Foam. Both super good!!

Decided to drop by since our regular coffee shop was closed today. We usually like the drinks here and today we got their Cookie Butter Latte and Pecan Praline Latte and didn’t care for it too much. The pecan bits were annoying to drink but flavor wasn’t so bad. Their cookie butter is different from most places, more like a brown sugar. Parking is small but there’s a nearby structure. I wanted to support a small business so came into Henry’s to grab a strawberry matcha. Made with a fresh strawberry like jam, it gave it a sweet yet subtle flavor. They also have a variety of different coffees to chose from too!

I finally got to try the blueberry matcha and I added almond milk as my dairy alternative. It was good, it was almost like a jam for the blueberries at the bottom, gave it a subtle berry flavor. Baristas are always friendly and quick on making drinks even with a line.

2nd visit with my husband he was wowed by the way the barista dialed in a shot of espresso using Sweet Blooms Columbia Gesha Beans. They care about the quality of each of their cups of coffee it’s refreshing nice to have a craft coffee shop like this in the SCV. It’s a small space a few tables if you want to do work or study or just enjoy a solo outing.
