Heritage, a 2023 and 2024 Michelin-rated gem, is easy to miss but unforgettable once experienced. The crème caviar was a standout, alongside exquisite kanpachi crudo, rainbow trout, and a perfectly aged rib chop. Dessert—grilled strawberry granita and coco craquelin—was the perfect finale. Every bite was masterfully crafted, making this a must-visit destination.

For $120 for 6 courses (2 appetizers, 2 main courses, 2 desserts), it was really worth it. I personally enjoyed 2 glasses of wine (a chardonnay and a gsm blend) to go with my dishes than the wine pairing they offered for $60.  Valet parking is $25 so try to find street parking and walk it. Overall, a splendid place to bring a date and not break the bank too much for a tasting course.
