We proudly offer a delicious & non-GMO vegan menu. Our house drinks are handcrafted by us and made in-store with real fruit! We also offer vegan kids meals & wonderful desserts. We can't wait to feed you!
Established in 2023.
Our whole lives we've wanted to open a restaurant. We're here on this earth for a reason, and that reason is to help animals, our planet, and all of her inhabitants, and to keep our human friends healthy using plant-based food as our teaching tool. 

We started teaching plant-based cooking classes in 2007 as Spork Foods, when the word vegan was still shunned. 

Guests started visiting our tiny apartment in Silver Lake where they crammed around a tiny kitchen to learn how to make tofu taste good. More guests showed up again when we took a leap and moved our cooking school to a bigger space in West Hollywood. 

Now, with Hey Sunshine Kitchen, we're bringing delicious and accessible food to nourish more guests and build towards a healthier planet.
