Hidden Fish is San Diego's first Omakase only sushi destination, delivering traditionally prepared, top-level seafood in an intimate setting. Delicacies from the sea are sourced from around the globe including a rotating selection direct from Japan's renowned Toyosu Fish Market - and each ingredient has been selected by experts for quality and freshness.

Reserve your space at our exclusive, 12-seat sushi bar gallery, where guests will savor a 90-minute premium omakase experience featuring 18 pieces for $135. An a la carte menu will also me made available afterwards, if desired.

Had such an amazing omakase experience here! Every bite was sooo good and the service was great. Our sushi chef was also super friendly. I’ll be dreaming about this seared o toro forever 🤤
