It's about the coffee for us. And the cheese. We love them both and have run our downtown cafe like the European cafes and cheese shops we always fall in love with when traveling. We later expanded into a bodega, offering high-quality, sustainably sourced grocery items including a large selection of tinned fish and other globally sourced epicurean delights. Then came the wine bar with a rapidly rotating selection of the best small production and natural wines available.
