Today I’m at Highland Noodles in Milpitas which is a must-visit for hand-pulled noodle lovers. We feasted on scallion pancakes, General Tso’s chicken, orange chicken with hand-pulled noodles, lamb skewers, pork steamed dumplings, and more. (Noodles are a tradition for any new year celebration as long noodles symbolize longevity and good health for the year ahead.) Every bite here is fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The iced tea was a refreshing choice too!
