The grilled artichokes are definitely worth the hype and locally grown in California! The thai tuna roll was delicious and I liked that it was super unique with the macadamia nuts.

Hillstone lives up to the consistency of this restaurant group. You know you are always going to get good food and good service at their spots. The highlight of the night was the French dip.

Veggie burger was the win here at Hillstone! Shared their grilled artichoke app, which came with a delicious side sauce. Yum!

Hillstone restaurants are nothing if not consistent.  Whether it be Houston's, R & D Kitchen, Bandera, Gulfstream or Hillstone, you can expect great food, reasonable prices, and superior service.  Simply put, you can't have a bad experience at a Hillstone restaurant.

Hillstone is one of the nicest American food chains ever! Very fancy, warm, and inviting. Staff is really friendly and the food is very high quality. They’re famous for swapping your martini glass for a chilled one if it starts to warm up.
