I got the Chicken Umami Ramen at Hinodeya and it was packed with flavor, and a good portion size too. The food came out extremely quickly and servers were friendly although didn’t check on us much.

clam ramen ??? i knew i had to try this place once i heard that was on their menu and it did not disappoint. they did not skimp on the clams which i appreciate. the broth was light and paired perfectly for the protein.
