Since 1885, Hinodeya has been crafting their dashi ramen with tradition. 

We started with their Yun-Lin-Chi which is a crispy chicken karaage coated in a sweet and spicy sauce as well as their house made gyozas. We then dove into their most popular ramen, the spicy miso ramen which had a perfect hint of spice and well balanced umami flavor. You can also enjoy one of their rice combos which comes with a mini ramen!
