Love anything filipino! The food here was great. I was not a fan of the drinks though. They didn’t have strong ube/pandan flavor. #flashdashweek3

When in Washington, DC Hiraya is pretty lit. The turon latte and pandan latte were kinda mid- taste wasnt slapping. But food was a vibe. Sisig was fire while adobo was bussin with the insal. Burger was chefs kiss! Hiraya left no crumbs.
