Haven’t been to HiroNori in forever! I forgot how amazing their tonkotsu broth is. And with the added garlic and hot sauce, it just elevates the broth even more. It’s very rich, creamy, and filling. I finished the entire bowl. My partner got the Shoyu ramen and made it into a combo which comes with salad and your choice of rice bowl. We picked pork; the pork is beyond tender and flavorful. We also added crispy rice and pork buns.
