Best mochi on this side of the Pacific!! The owners are incredibly kind and friendly (be sure to schedule a bit of extra time to have a nice conversation).

Truly THE BEST mochi in San Diego! 🍡

Cute local store that sells amazing Japanese mochi. There’s a flavor of every kind. They recommend it to eat it within 2 days. They cost about $2.20 - $2.60 depending on flavor. Mochi was super soft! Highly recommend if you’re a mochi fan.

Repurchase: only the strawberry and the Oreo I would eat 3 of each in 1 sitting probably.
Brownie one straight up had brownie inside. 
Mango and lemon not in video, still solid and so soft
Very soft. Someone who grew up making mochi as a family tradition also said this is the best she’s had in SD!
They stay good in the fridge for up to 2 days and texture was still good 24 hours later
