🍺 Beer me! Hop Butcher for the World is a Chicago based brewery that focuses on primarily on India Pale Ales and American Pale Ale. They took over the old location for Half Acre. Very nice retail storefront for to go purchases #beer #chicago #ipa

This place has been a great addition to the neighborhood ever since they moved in. The beer is great and they’ve accumulated a huge selection of strong, happy beers. There’s even a few light beers available, if that’s your thing. No food, but there is a merch store attached with a lot of good options. Parking is usually easy around the corner on the side streets.
