On our way back home we stopped in at Hops on the Hill in Tumwater WA and we were so glad we did. It's a cute little pub that is in fact on the hill. He ordered the Smoked Brisket Mac & Cheese bowl and that may have been the best brisket we've had in quite some time. I ordered the St. Patrick's Day special - a Rueben sandwich made with some amazingly delicious corned beef on golden toasted Rye bread. I also had an old fashioned which was well made and he had a sour from Pfreim.
