This place seems quite new, so maybe they’re still working out a few things or I might’ve just come at the wrong time. It wasn’t busy at all, yet the food took about 20 minutes to come out, which is odd because this kind of dish (pho) usually comes out in less than five minutes on average. The soup had a nice flavor, not too salty or heavy on MSG, which I appreciated. Hopefully, they can figure out their timing and efficiency soon if they want to survive and compete with the many nearby spots.

Modern decor and spacious.  We had the first two hot stone pho in the menu, both are just ok and the soup is not boiling hot as expected.

The rib bone pho was super tender and fall off the bone delicious. The lomo saltado was really good too! Beef is tender and fries is super crunchy!
