Tried out House of Joy in La Crescenta and went with the spicy shrimp and fried dumplings. Both were pretty solid—nothing mind-blowing but definitely decent for the area. The shrimp had a good kick without being overwhelming, and the dumplings were crispy and satisfying. If you’re nearby and craving some quick Chinese comfort food, it’s a reliable option.
