they use frozen sago and you can definetly taste it is frozen and the sago is hard. this has never happened to me before idk if it is just this store or what but this greatly disappointed me. there was a small bug on my drink too… please do better. hui lau shan is usually one my go to spots. they had a bug 3 get 1 free though but pricing is still high
