H In my opinion, you can never go wrong with Asian inspired cocktails and hutong does a great job at it. I tried :

🍸 Chinese lantern: aperol, st germain, cava, mandarin, plum bitters
🍸Comfortably numb: vanilla vodka, lychee, honey, lime, Thai chili & sichuan peppercorns
🍸 Smoked dan dan old fashioned: Wild turkey bourbon, peanut, maple sesame, sichuan peppercorn & mole bitters
🍸Dragon’s brew: rosaluna mezcal, bergamot, kalamansi, dried wheat & gunpowder oolong tea cordial
