ICHIBAN JAPANESE & SUSHI RESTAURANT is a wonderful family owned gem in Brea for over 20 years! We had a lovely meal, friendly and attentive service and fantastic presentation! The food was absolutely delicious! Very fresh! 

They offer a wide variety of Japanese specialty items including sushi, sashimi, cut rolls, hand rolls, tempura, appetizers and dinner entrees.

Very cozy place. The Family boats are fabulous and sure to impress.
