This is one of the most famous #ramen places in the entire world! they have chains throughout the globe and I have tried now two locations - one in #Taiwan and this one in #NewYork. one thing about this New York location is the make you peel your own hard boiled #egg. I’ve never done that, kind of interesting! other than that the ramen is pretty good I think the one in Taiwan was better but still worth a try

One of the top 10 ramen spots from
japan. Can dine by yourself and no face to face with staff, just sit and order and they’ll open the window and serve you your food. Very good experience here! Broth was amazing and noodles were so soft and tangy. Noodle soup is great for this Fall weather 🍁

What a unique experience! The chain originated from Japan. The setup are individual single booths, for minimal distractions while you enjoy the rich flavors of your ramen. The servers serve your food through the bamboo window. Theres only two ramen on the menu, the tonkotsu or the veggie. I tried the tonkotsu ramen, the broth was super rich in flavor. The chashu is interesting. A little different from other ramen places I’ve been to-but still delicious! I love how you can customize your order.

I went on a wonderfu friend date night !!! We went to ichiran which is a top notch amazing ramen straight from Japan! It was the best high quality ! I love that you dine  in your own space or even open up to whoever you came with! It greats a great inclusive dining experience
