The food was amazing. The standouts were the Branzino and the carrots. The Branzino was flavored into two halves; strawberry solid and salsa verde. The carrots were not crunchy but texturally worked really well with the flavors and the Marconi almonds added to the texture.

The one issue we had was it was very loud at the restaurant. To the point where we intentionally ate quickly just to get out of there.

Innovative flavors executed to perfection! The meal was amazing from start to finish. I loved the persimmon mezcal cocktail, the mortadella mousse toast, the impeccable scallops, and the honeycomb mille-feuille. 10/10 would recommend. (Can you spot my pup’s light-up harness under the table?)
