San Diego's newest coffee shop! in•spired coffee roasters is a third-wave coffee company that roasts ethically sourced beans in small batches. In addition to our coffee, we’re excited to feature pastries from Knead Bakery as well as Matcha, Chai and Tea from Dona Tea Company in Brooklyn, NY. Our shop is located on Hamilton Street in North Park, between Meade and El Cajon Blvd. Our hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Saturday and Sundays.
