This is  my first time ever trying Guatemalan food, and I was blown away by the bold, herbaceous, citrusy flavors. From the earthy tomato-based  Pepian soup to the (zingy salad) zucchini salad with a citrus notes and juicy shrimp,we couldn’t stop eating.
We had 
Pepian soup was hearty and contained chicken
The Zingy salad was a must try. The cocktails? One with cardamom, another with lychee & mezcal. We also tried their non-alcoholic cardamom chia lemonade. The plantain mole was unique and good
