Jam Jam Tea Lab has one of the cutest logos for a boba shop! They have a variety of fruit teas and milk teas here, but I saw their number two drink was a green grape! I don’t usually see that as an option so I had to try it and it was so refreshing!

cute interior. good variety of drinks. not too pricey for Irvine standards. I liked that they have different toppings like barley boba and tea jelly. also like that they have seasonal drinks. got a cute bag with my drinks!

This was the perfect sweet treat! The creme brûlée was so yummy! I’d honestly go for 50% sweet on this drink next time because the sweetness of the tea and the boba was a bit overpowering. Overall definitely more of a dessert than a drink 😅

Service was excellent. They were willing to answer our questions and even let us sample the tea jelly. Cute to go bags. Fruit drinks are refreshing.
