New tsubaki oolong drink came out at jam jam. They were having a bogo and it tastes good. Has a nice floral note.

Jam Jam took over the old Sunbright spot, so I stopped by to check it out. It’s a really cute little place and still in soft opening, so there isn’t any seating yet. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the vibe is nice. I tried the mango matcha latte and the cheese barley milk tea, and both were pretty good. I’d want to come back and try more of the menu.
