The restaurant was clean and the owner was very friendly. The food is cajun/Creole. You can choose from blackened  catfish or shrimp as the proteins.  You can choose between two different types of rice. You can different toppings like corn salsa, cheese, lettuce, along with your choice of sauce. You can have your meal in a burrito, bowl, or tacos. It's like a Cajun Chipotle.
