Came here on their second last day of the pop up to give it a try and it fell short of my expectations. We got 2 half and half ssam plates and a kimchi fried rice. The plates come with beef belly and pork belly that is smoked in a jar. There is very little smoke flavor and the meat isn’t all that tender. The flavor is good but not amazing and it comes with gochujang, chimichurri, pickled onions and assorted greens to pair. The kimchi fried rice tasted of purely just cheese, almost nothing else.
