Javier’s is located inside the Aria Hotel and has a very cool vibe. The food was delicious even the chips and salsa were yummy. We ordered ceviche and guacamole for appetizers. I ordered the skirt steak and it was so flavorful and juicy.  We were all stuffed and left happy. The service was great!
