We are from the northeast region of China, an area known as Dongbei. People from Dongbei really love their BBQ. We opened up Jiang Niu because we love BBQ ourselves and we want to share our food with the lovely people living in or visiting the Chicago area.

if you love AYCE Korean BBQ be sure to stop by the Lincoln Park or Chinatown location of Jiang Niu! I love the presentation of all the meats, and the Chinese fusion added in. They have premium ingredients that you can grill to your hearts content!#gig #bbqbash #korean

Jiang Niu bbq is a Korean influenced Chinese bbq. There’s a tasting Ferris wheel, all you care to eat and a robot that brings your food. They even have a meat cake if you’d want that for your birthday. Whatever you’d like, they got you covered.

I had to get the Ferris wheel myself. I got a selection of beef, chicken, and shrimp. It was fun to grill it and add in all the banchan and dipping sauces.

They also offer other tasty dishes like Korean pancakes and soups.

Awesome new Korean BBQ place in Chicago! All you can eat meat & seafood. Get pineapple & vegetables to compliment. Save room for smores at the end.
