Jin Cook served us tender and delicious Spicy Braised Short Rib good for 2 ($59) and super tasty Brisket Tteokbokki ($27) complete with flaming presentation. Wait for a table was worth it. We’ll return to try their katsu curry for sure! Limited banchan but huge servings on the mains!

Move over, galbijjim, I found a new favorite- sous vide garlic suyuk pork belly that’s layered in seol lung tang broth 🤤 kidding. I still love galbijjim but Jincook’s pork belly really won my heart
