There were so many cheesy dishes! The absolute star of the show was the braised beef short rib! The short rib was unbelievably tender and flavorful! There was a lot of short rib, cheese, veggies, and some rice cakes in the dish! The sweet potato cheese curry katsu was delicious with the cheese and the curry flavor
