The story of John’s place began August 15, 1980 when newlyweds John and Jenny opened a walk up burger stand called Imperial Burgers in Bellflower, California. Their goal was simple. Work hard and serve the community with food they were proud of at everyday prices. Almost 40 years have passed and not much has changed. With several restaurants throughout Southern California and more opening planned for the future, the success of John’s Place has surpassed the founders’ original dreams. The local fast casual restaurant that everyone in town goes to. They have a wide variety of items to choose from. Food is good and there’s plenty of seating, some outdoor seating too.
