Johnny’s Diner in Amherst is a fun, upbeat spot with classic diner vibes and a welcoming atmosphere. I tried the pulled pork eggs Benedict, and it was really good, the perfect mix of savory, tender pork and a rich hollandaise. The menu has plenty of comfort food favorites, and everything looked fresh and well-prepared. It is slightly on the expensive side for a diner, but the quality and experience make it worth the visit. Overall, Johnny’s is a great place to grab a satisfying brunch and enjoy
